It is hard to plan your crews and constantly change the plan due to unforeseen circumstances. We got you covered:

  • Automatic work rules management (you can define rules required by law, for example - set limit of 40 working hours per week, or your internal controls, we will check every schedule and make sure that every schedule will fit in)

  • Assign your coworkers to shifts, substitute them and perform every needed planning operation. We will make it as smooth as possible.

  • See if every route has needed crew. We will inform you if some route lacks a team and help find it through the required competencies.

Asset planning is a crucial part of order fulfillment. Therefore, we covered your challenging locomotive planning task with easy-to-use functionality and perfected the planned activities overview. At a glance, you can see if there are free locomotives, where they are, and all their maintenance plans. CargoRail functionality makes it easy to plan for the future and adapt to changing scenarios.

Operations execution

As Eisenhower said, "In preparing for battle, I have always found that plans are useless, but planning is indispensable."

We know that our client's plans can go sideways. That is why CargoRail tracks all movements and informs about deviations from the plan. Also, letting react to circumstances quickly and perform not planned activities.

Operations-Inspection.png

Inspectors get information about planned inspections of agreed routes with the customer. Then, drivers attach locomotive to prepared (by the inspector) train and start operations (certainly only after brake tests).

All information is easily accessible through a mobile interface. However, we respect hard work performed by our client personnel, so data is entered only once and used everywhere.

CargoRail ensures smooth operations and checks if processes are working according to our client needs. For example, CargoRail will not let trains leave an initial station while waybills are not prepared.

In the meantime, back-office imports automatically or prepares waybills. If there is a possibility, CargoRail supports electronic waybills. Automatic fees calculation is also at your disposal. Our clients can set fees calculation rules once in the contract, and we calculate everything automatically.

Suppose there is a need to integrate with authorities or ports. In that case, we can send data according to your process or even prepare NCTS declarations.

Invoicing

After all the hard work, it's time to bill the client. We can do that automatically or manually. Even if someone made a mistake, we could issue a credit invoice. Also, we support electronic invoices (which could be sent automatically for clients with invoice details in excel) or paper ones (which you can print on the spot).
